Board Members
Justin Wolford, President
Justin Wolford has been a member of the Web Association’s Board since 2007 and is currently President of the organization. His background includes over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, e-commerce development and Internet marketing strategy management for companies in the North East Ohio area. He has managed e-commerce strategy and vision for companies including Invacare Corporation, AmeriMark Direct, and NetWork Events. His strength is his thorough understanding of both Internet marketing strategy and website development. He was partner and founder of one of the earliest Internet marketing focused agencies in 1999. Wolford has consulted with many early-stage ventures providing expertise, guidance, and focus related to Internet marketing strategy and business operations.
Justin has a strong record of local entrepreneurship and personal investment in the Cleveland business community. From 2000-2003 he co-chaired Kent State University’s Private Sector Business Alliance. He served on the Kent State University College of Business Administration’s Scholarship Committee and assisted in building the first ever Entrepreneurship Club at Kent State University. He has been a member and served on committees for the local AAF Chapter, including the original Website Design Committee and the local Non-Profit Committee. He has also spent time lecturing students and faculty at area Universities on the topic of effective marketing techniques and the integration of on- and off-line marketing efforts.
Scott Chapin
Scott Chapin is the Director of Consulting Services at DigiKnow, an interactive agency based in Cleveland. While his duties at DigiKnow cover a wide range of topics, his greatest passions are for analytics and mobile. In 2010, Scott launched DigiKnow’s mobile division, Circle44Mobile and he is always working with clients to embrace the data side of online marketing and blogs about it at analytics.digiknow.com Even after 10 years in the interactive development space, each day is a new challenge and a new adventure.
Shannon Fuldauer
Shannon Fuldauer is the VP of Marketing and Sales Support Services for CareerBoard.com, an employment website headquartered in Cleveland OH. Her primary focus is developing marketing strategies that connect local employers with local job seekers across the US. She also works closely with the sales team to improve workflow and serves as the in house corporate trainer. Shannon is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace College and enjoys traveling. Dave Winkler
As Director of Marketing for CareerBoard.com, Dave has worked both as the technical liaison with the technology team as well as the lead in guiding CareerBoard's online presence. Dave works closely with the sales team to achieve success sales strategies and with Senior Management to achieve global objectives of CareerBoard's part company, Aspire Media Group. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University, Dave enjoys following technology changes as well as outdoor adventures.
Ryan Morgan
Ryan is an Online Marketing Coordinator for ERC, an HR services organization based in Cleveland. His duties at ERC include management of the company’s web presence, email marketing and online media initiatives. Chris Serger
Chris Serger is the eMarketing Director at C.TRAC <www.ctrac.com>, a Gold-certified ExactTarget partner, based in Strongsville. He oversees all aspects of C.TRAC’s rapidly growing eMarketing business from business development to account service. Chris has extensive experience on both the agency and client sides of marketing. David Mehring
David Mehring brings ten years of direct and online marketing experience to the Web Association. He currently works for Medical Mutual of Ohio, where he is developing an enterprise-wide electronic communications strategy utilizing the Exact Target email platform. Prior to his role at Medical Mutual, he held marketing/management positions at American Greetings, the Whitney Automotive Group and the Home Shopping Network. David lives in the Tremont neighborhood of Cleveland with his three rescue dogs, where he spends his free time gardening and rehabbing his 110-year-old Craftsman bungalow.
