Austin Cantwell is the Senior Digital Marketing Lead for Cardinal Health, a Fortune 500 health care company. He leads all eCommerce initiatives including affiliate marketing, email marketing, paid search, SEO, social media marketing, blog management, link building and web analytics. Michael Crowdes, Membership Director
Mike is a 17-year ecommerce veteran with experience in retail, manufacturing and consulting. A graduate of Cleveland State University with a degree in Communications, Mike is currently the product manager in charge of retail ecommerce products for OEC in Richfield, Ohio. David Mehring is an omni-channel marketing professional with significant experience crafting direct, electronic and social communications which brand, differentiate and build audience engagement. He currently works for Arhaus Furniture as the Director of Customer Insights & Analytics. Prior to his role at Arhaus, he held positions at Medical Mutual, American Greetings and the Home Shopping Network. David holds an undergraduate degree in Advertising from Michigan State University [Go Spartans!] and lives in Tremont with his three rescue dogs, where he spends his free time gardening and rehabbing his 110-year-old Craftsman bungalow.

Brian Trepka started his career in online marketing in 2001, and has helped to build online programs for top brands like Summit Racing Equipment and KeyBank. He is currently Senior Interactive Marketing Strategist at Medical Mutual, the oldest and largest health insurance company based in Ohio, where he specializes in Web analytics and organic search. Brian has an undergraduate degree in marketing from John Carroll University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Because eight hours a day of online marketing isn’t quite enough, Brian spends his spare time working on the Website and marketing activities for Shannon’s Soaps, his wife’s handmade bath and body business. He also enjoys family activities – like playing soccer with his daughter and wrangling twin toddler boys.
David Walker, President
David Walker is a multi-talented creative professional having served as a magazine editor, copywriter, video producer and creative director. Over the past 23 years he’s compiled a colorful portfolio working with luminaries such as Arnold Palmer (website), Shaquille O’Neal (web app/TV spot), Jeff Foxworthy (national radio campaign) and Mariel Hemingway (infomercial). His clientele includes prestigious organizations such as Sherwin-Williams, IMG, American Greetings, Clairol and the Smithsonian Institute to name just a few. He has received both Gold and Silver ADDYs, a PRSA Silver Anvil and a Gold Award from the International Television Association to name just a few honors. In 2005 David was appointed creative director of iQ Digital, one of the first educational IPTV stations in the United States. iQ Digital launched an internet protocol TV station called the “Learning Now Network” (LNN) that was narrow-casted into 52 schools across the United States. In 2007 David was named creative director and managing partner of Mindgrab Media, an interactive design firm. Mindgrab Media’s innovative work helped it land clients such as Parker Hannifin, Medical Mutual of Ohio, Sherwin-Williams, Tarkett, Aquage, Clairol and the National Air & Space Museum.
