Lunch ‘n Learn – Content Marketing Strategies For 2019

Jacquie Chakirelis is the Director of Marketing at the Great Lakes Science Center. The GLSC is one of Ohio’s top tourism destinations. Its audience is comprised of school-aged children and their parents, millennials, GLSC members and thousands of tourists who visit Cleveland every year. Her extensive background in digital marketing and content marketing helps her to effectively reach this diverse group. Jacquie will share her ideas on how to engage with multiple audiences and get them involved with your organization at all levels. Jacquie will present “Content Marketing Strategies for 2019.”
Prior to joining GLSC, Jacquie worked in several senior roles for Advance Ohio. Advance Ohio operates cleveland.com and Sun News. Advance Ohio is a leader in consumer engagement and generates content to inspire, engage and drive change. Through its website, newsletters, social channels and print publication it drives daily conversations and engages millions. Jacquie’s expertise in digital marketing recently was recognized by Content Marketing World, the largest gathering of digital marketing professionals in the country. Not only was Jacquie invited to speak at the prestigious conference three times, in 2018 she was named one of the “50 Most Influential Women in Content Marketing.”
The event will take place Thursday, March 21st at the Great Lakes Science Center, 601 Erieside Road next to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Registration and networking are from 11:30 to 12:00. The program runs from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM. Parking is available in the attached parking garage.
Admission to the event includes a boxed lunch with dessert and beverage.
